GloBrocki is operated by Smitteck GmbH, a company registered in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. References to "we", "us", or "GloBrocki" in this policy mean Smitteck GmbH.

• Account data — email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in (e.g. via Google).
• Shop data — if you register a shop, the contact details, address, and content you submit.
• Usage data — pages visited, search queries, approximate location (from your IP), and device information.
• Cookies & similar technologies — used for authentication, fraud prevention (reCAPTCHA, Firebase App Check), and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the GloBrocki platform.
• To authenticate you and protect against abuse.
• To respond to inquiries you send via the contact form.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (providing the service you request), legitimate interests (security, analytics, service improvement), and your consent where required.

5. Sharing & Third-Party Services

We use the following processors:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, App Check) — hosting and authentication.
• Google Cloud Run — hosting.
• Google Maps Platform — map display and geocoding.
• Google reCAPTCHA — abuse prevention.

We do not sell personal data. Public shop listings (name, address, hours) are visible to all visitors.

6. International Transfers

Some of our processors operate outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Data Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Some data may be retained longer when required by law.

8. Your Rights
