1. Acceptance
By accessing or using GloBrocki (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. GloBrocki is operated by Smitteck GmbH, registered in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
2. The Service
GloBrocki is a directory and discovery platform for second-hand shops, thrift stores, and vintage retailers. We do not sell goods directly; transactions take place between visitors and listed shops.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account.
4. Shop Listings & User Content
- You may submit content (shop details, item listings, reviews) only if you have the right to do so.
- You retain ownership of your content but grant Smitteck GmbH a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.
- We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or violates these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or extract data outside our public interfaces in bulk;
- impersonate any person or shop;
- upload malware or attempt to compromise the Service;
- use the Service in violation of applicable law.
6. Third-Party Shops & Links
Listings and links to external shops are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, or transactions.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smitteck GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
